One of the best things about the edcamp model is that it is facilitated by the participants, for the participants. We strongly believe that the conversations that happen on that day are the ones that were intended to happen. To make our day a successful one, here are some guidelines to remember.
- Step forward, step back – the quality of each session depends on how you participate, so make sure to share and ask questions, but also listen and learn.
- Vote with your feet – don’t feel like you need to stay in one place. Move to where learning is happening for you.
- Value diversity – this is an opportunity to hear and learn from different perspectives, so step out, make connections, and keep an open mind.
We are looking forward to next Saturday, and we hope you are too!
